It is my goal to empower you in living your life from a place of deep inner peace, unlimited joy, ease, grace, abundance, and health. I offer a variety of workshops designed for people of all walks of life who are interested in bringing their lives into greater alignment with inner harmony and balance. While the Hot Stone Massage workshop is designed for bodyworkers and massage therapists, the majority of workshops I offer are open to anyone who desires to reconnect, integrate, and balance themselves.
