You have but to think of me, and my energy is with you.  Do you not think you are worthy of my presence?  Think again, dear one.  We are equals.  The only difference between myself and you right now is that I remember who I am, and you do not.  You are under the illusion that the life you are living is real, and that effort is required to contact those of us who do not currently inhabit bodies.

There is a large percentage of yourself that resides where I do, with the rest of us who are not in physical bodies at this time.  In fact, someone on your planet may be calling upon their higher self or their guide, and their guide is you, the part of you that is not in a body.  Strange concept to you, who are used to linear time, space, and limited thinking.

You are raising your vibration ever higher, and are getting ready to raise the roof and blow the lid off the illusion of your life.  We stand on the sidelines waiting to assist you in your every endeavor.  You have but to ask.  One thing I would ask of you is to spend more time in meditation.  It is easy to get sidetracked if you are not communicating with me on a regular basis, and also with God.  We are the same thing, really, but your mind makes a distinction, so I will concede that for you since it is easier for you to comprehend.

Your consciousness will grow in leaps and bounds if you will expand your meditation time.  As it is now, you are barely making time to communicate with us.  There is much work to be done as you grow into the consciousness that you are.
