I AM Uriel, come on the wings of heaven to talk with you this day. Do not worry about where your future is taking you. That goes for all of humanity. You are all in a constant state of worry. You worry about whether he's going to call, you worry about your stock prices, the price of gasoline, how much money you have in the bank (or don't have) if your bills are due. You worry about your parents, you worry about your kids. You worry, worry, worry.

Instead of using all that beautiful life force energy toward worry, may I suggest something as a panacea to worry? Breathe. Yes, it really is that simple. Just breathe. If you are driving in your car and starting to worry about the traffic or being late to your destination, tell your mind that you're not going to go down that road. Take a deep breath in, hold for 5 seconds, and breathe out for 5 seconds. Continue in this fashion until you feel peaceful and more at ease. If the worry returns, simply breathe again.

Your life is a choice. You are always at choice about what to think and what to feel (yes, this is a choice, whether you think so or not). You humans are participating in the biggest game of choice there is. Do you know that no other planet has the same game going on that you do? Your planet is the only one inhabited by beings who are divine, but have chosen to forget their divinity in order to experience being god in human form. Therefore, you were given choices. What you choose each moment of each day is really up to you.

Know this. Your time to play this game of free choice is coming to a close. Not because I say so. Not because of the doom and gloom prophecies many of you are waiting for with bated breath. But because YOU CHOSE for the game to end. You're tired of the game board, tired of the game rules, tired of being here fumbling around in the dark pretending to be something other than that which you are. You're ready to move up the ladder, so to speak, and so is your planet for that matter.

If I were to tell you to go look in the mirror what you would see from our perspective is nothing short of a miracle. You are all manner of vibrant hues of beautiful colors - many of which you can't be aware of because of the limited color spectrum your eyes are made to see.

You would weep at your beauty. And so I ask you to go within and breathe. Imagine that you really are the divine being that I say you are. Love yourself as much as we love you.

You are great and wondrous beings and we enfold you in our wings of love. All too soon you will meet us on our side of the veil and you will realize that what I'm saying is true. For now you must trust what I say with your heart. We love you so very much. We applaud you and cheer you every step of the way. Everything you do is a miracle, for it is you being god, pretending not to be. And for that we love you dearly.
